Five Star Nurse Concierge Services
Currently servicing Taipei City residents, Golden Age provides a dedicated nurse concierge to our members. Our nurse concierge acts as a butler to manage all the needs of a senior living at home. Our nurse concierge calls our members daily, and visits them weekly.
Home Safety
Golden Age can customize the latest technology to ease our members' and loved ones' safety concerns. We respect our members' privacy and do not use video surveillance. Instead, we have a wireless system that can be used to detect abnormalities in the daily schedule. We also have a wireless call button that, once pressed, trigger an automatic alert send to the phones of the dedicated nurse concierge and primary carers.
Medical Services
Golden Age works with Golden Age Clinic to provide in-home primary medical care. Our doctors visits our members every month. Each visit lasts approximately one hour. As seniors often experience multiple chronic conditions, our doctors can spend time to carefully provide suitable care.
If our members need to visit the hospital, our nurse concierge can accompany them on their visits, to ensure effective communication with specialist doctors, and to make the trip more comfortable. Golden Age Clinic doctors can also consolidate medication, as seniors may receive treatment from multiple hospitals or doctors.
Starting with services by our primary physicians, we also provide extended services, such as physical therapy, occupation therapy, speech therapy, nutrition consultation, and personal fitness at home.
Senior Care Services
Golden Age works closely with top tier agencies, so that if our members require domestic home helpers, we can satisfy our members needs. Depending on their requirements, we can recommend licensed home care professionals (hourly), experienced carers (daily), and special nurses (2-3 shifts).
If our member require a foreign helper, we can help with the application process.
Lifestyle and Concierge Services
Golden Age could be considered as the concierge desk at a five star hotel. Ordering room services, booking restaurants, arranging transportation, delivering laundry, finding out the latest events, and even organizing a customized international holiday - we try our best to satisfy our members requirements.
Like a five star resort, we also organize social events and entertainment on a regular basis for our members.
